I am a self- taught abstract /mixed media artist from the "Big Easy", New Orleans, Louisiana. Currently residing in the Lone Star state. My work is hand painted, unique and emotionally driven. In 2016, I began painting as a type of art therapy. My own personal experience with anxiety has led me to painting abstracts, and now with a twist of Mixed Media.
Abstracts, because it's a visual language that does not depict one thing from another. It is truly based on what you see. Your Imagination!
Painting has opened a light for me to express how I feel emotionally and share joy with others in the process. I primarily paint with acrylics and oil; but I have experimented with watercolor, resin & oil pastels . All of my artwork is signed and sealed with a gloss varnish.
